You can arrange to have a Trust established from your estate when you are deceased to provide care and financial support/management to your loved one. This needs to be arranged by your lawyer, or The Public Trust, and should be made clear in your will.

It might be worth considering applying for PPP Rights (Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988). This Act provides “protection and promotion of the personal and property rights of persons who are not fully able to manage their own affairs”.
