Run or Walk to Raise Funds for PADA

Run for a reason

Are you an experienced or a novice runner? Maybe a walker? If you would like to challenge yourself and support PADA at the same time, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for people to take part in the Skechers Women’s Half Marathon in Auckland on Sunday 20th January, and the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays on Sunday 3rd March 2019.

Here at PADA we have held two successful Fun Runs using the fundraising platform Everyday Hero, and we would love to support you if you’re willing to help us! We can set you up with your own fundraising page and promote your run or walk on our website and social media platforms. Previous runners have said knowing their run or walk would help others was the best type of motivation!

With one in 5 women in NZ experiencing PND or other form of perinatal illness, and one in 10 dads – chances are you or someone you know has suffered. At PADA we receive no funding from the government and rely on grants and fundraising to continue to provide our service, and to raise awareness and reduce stigma.
