If you are a whānau member or support person of someone affected by mental distress, you are not alone.
Our support groups offer a safe place for support and encouragement for people who are on the same journey. Join us and others who face the same challenges, to share, learn and to grow in our understanding of how to support the people we care about and look after everyone’s wellbeing.
